Each cycle we explore a theme that reflects both seasonal energy and the collective moment.

Interconnectedness
This theme is hot topic right now. From the need to experience more social connection to the idea of how something that happens on the other side of the planet can affect each and everyone of us, the reality is that now more than ever community, collaboration, and kindness are paramount.
It starts with ourselves, taking care of our bodies, nourishing supportive thoughts, listening to our own needs, and from there, with a full cup, we can extend to others.
I’ve personally made a point this season to smile more at people, genuinely ask how they’re doing, and have more compassion. It is a practice, and as you know the world could use a little more kindness these days.
For the next few days, try one small act of intentional kindness each day. A smile, a sincere question, a moment of patience.
Notice how it affects both you and the people around you.
Small actions create ripples.
Your Humanness is your highest premium
In my Leadership Advisor capacity I gave a talk this month to future business leaders in London. The theme was “Authenticity in the Age of AI”. The students were curious about something that pertains to AI, but that honestly goes much deeper: how do you stay real in a world that is becoming increasingly artificial?
My answers during the debate touched primarily on this point: the more the world automates processes, the more valuable presence, inner judgement and self-awareness become.
The tools you experience here on this platform are exactly what build your human premium. Radiance and Magnetism in a world of automated sameness become your highest currency.
This is also what my book “Magnetic Identity: Presence and Power for the Age of Rapid Reinvention” is designed to build.
Equinox and New Season
This is the cycle of Equinox, when a new season unfolds. In the Yogic teachings it is said that the Equinox is one of the most important days of the year. This is when the solar (masculine, active, initiation) and lunar (feminine, passive, responsive) energies are in perfect balance. EQUI, from “equal” in Latin, and NOX (nodes) means that night and day have the same length. We have these same solar and lunar energies within our body, and the reason why yogis and ancient sages have been fascinated by the Equinox is that we have an opportunity here to balance these energies within ourselves, bringing benefits to all areas of your lives, including health, vitality, and mental balance.
On this day you most definitely want to practice, or increase your practice if you’ve been doing it regularly.
The Equinox this year is on March 20th.
Note the insights that come up for you that day. It is also said that the fruits of your practice during Equinox can be carried on throughout the entire year.
Suggested Practice
For this cycle I suggest the following:
Kriyas
Here are your movement (somatics and breathwork) practices, recommended for this cycle.
Elevate your energy
Practice this sweet kriya (one of my all time favorites!) to enhance the emotional-mind connection, bringing a sense of well-being and connection to something bigger than yourself. From there, see things more clearly.
This kriya will help you shift your perspective, open up your intuition, and support you in times of stress. Practice it for 40-days straight it see what happens.
Fearless Manifestation
This is the perfect practice for the Equinox, creating a balance between “doing” and “allowing”. The movements of this practice are designed to strengthen the physical body in a powerful way. From there, mental resilience, stability and a go-getter attitude are easier to maintain.
Just remember not to force things. High-achievers should also learn when to rest. ;)
Meditations
Practice both or one of them daily. For maximum benefits, practice each for at least 40-days.
Develop the Meditative Mind for emotional balance and focus
A lecture on relationships, mental balance and purpose, followed by a breathing meditation to strengthen the meditative mind and focus.
Meditation time: 11 mins. (Plus 4 mins lecture)
The Confidence Practice
An energizing breathwork practice designed to build vitality and remove psychological blocks to your success. This is a magnetism and radiance building practice as it works with and enhances self-esteem and self-perception.
Meditation time: 9 mins + dancing for 4 mins
Journaling
Journaling prompts for this cycle:
Where in your life are you forcing things instead of allowing balance?
Where might greater harmony between action and receptivity open new possibilities?
